More about this item
This is a stunning find! Thomas Forester of England started production in late 1870s with victorian majolica. Those very early pieces were insised with the "Forester" mark similar to that of Wedgwood. This piece is handmade and painted with alot of crazing and overal feels delicate from age. There are numourous fractures and would make a lovely display piece. Measures 8 1/2" round. There is a small chip on the bottom as shown. This is an old piece and it shows!
